Geoffrey Bendell

Geoffrey joined the Hollub Group team in 2023, where he serves as the firm’s Chief of Staff. In his role, Geoffrey oversees the broader functional facets of Hollub Group, ranging from business operations to strengthening our rapport with clients; contributing to Hollub’s everlasting motto of “Relationship Built.”

Before joining Hollub Group, Geoffrey spent nearly 11 years in Washington, D.C., working in various governmental and private sector capacities. During his tenure, he held roles focused on national security and foreign policy objectives, with a specific focus on geopolitical conflict and issues related to the Middle East and North Africa. Following those positions, Geoffrey went on to serve as the Director of Policy for a prominent non-profit organization, acting as the principal policy staffer and legislative strategist. Albeit a uniquely different arena than construction, Geoffrey’s experiences have undoubtedly positioned him to be a resource for the Hollub team and its clients, enabling us to think quickly, proactively, and outside the box.

In addition to his role within the Hollub Construction Group, Geoffrey also supports the efforts of other Hollub entities, including Hollub’s Private Equity and Corporate financing arms, contributing to cross portfolio successes day in and out.

Lastly, as a native of Miami, Geoffrey’s favorite pastime is helping prospective clients and new homeowners find the best restaurants in town. Make sure to ask him, he won’t let you down.
